Hi, I am Gabe Santos.

I'm not an award winning photographer. Ok good, I got that out of the way.

I realized a couple of years ago, as I was looking for a new camera, that I've always had a camera in my hands. I remembered when I was a kid, playing with my dad's vintage camera that resembled an old Speed Graphic camera. The kind with the accordion looking lens. While it didn't work, I acted like it did. I also had a Polaroid camera and a film camera that I played around with growing up. I remembered how much I admired our high school editorial photographer. She was at all the games and had this great responsibility of capturing the right moments. I had always played baseball and photography just wasn't an option. Fast forward several years and now I have kids and now have the ability to take these photos myself. While just a hobby, I took photos wherever I could. Fifteen years later, after planning a trip, I decide it's time for a new camera and that led me to where I am today.

While working a full-time job (a technician by trade), I've taken my skills of decision making, analyzation, and vision, to my love for Landscape Photography. These skills help me tap into my creative side, which to be honest, I never knew I had. As a Landscape photographer, I've learned all about light, shadows, foreground, background, and most importantly the subject. What story does the subject tell? It is here where I am able to cross over into Portrait photography. To tell the story of You. What You love, Where You've been, or Where You are going. Whether you desire a family portrait to hang on the wall, an engagement portrait, a senior portrait for your child, or maybe just a beautiful portrait of yourself, know that I am here to create just that. You won't hear hundreds of clicks of my camera, because like Landscape Photography, at least to me, every shot is a beautiful and selected moment in time.

I'm not an award winning photographer, nor am I trying to be. My desire is to capture life, capture nature, capture landscape, and capture you. Why? Because it's what makes me happy and it's what I love to do.

I am located near San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas and can travel in and around where needed.
